The Site lists our tool categories and brand partners for reference. Specifications, images, and category descriptions are provided for general guidance; exact specifications, availability, and pricing for any tool are confirmed only once you raise an enquiry and we respond directly. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information at any time, and to update or discontinue any product category without prior notice.
The Site does not currently support online payment or checkout — all orders are confirmed manually through direct communication (phone, email, or WhatsApp) following an enquiry.
4. Enquiries & orders
Submitting an enquiry form on this Site does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only once both parties have agreed on specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery terms — typically through a written quotation or invoice issued by MW Tools. Standard commercial terms (payment terms, delivery timelines, warranty and returns for the specific goods ordered) will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation and may vary by product, brand partner, and order size.

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including text, layout, graphics, and the MW Tools name and logo — is owned by or licensed to MW Tools and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
