What's the minimum order quantity?+
We work with both one-off plant orders and standing supply agreements — there's no fixed minimum. Tell us the requirement and we'll quote accordingly.
Do you deliver outside Madhya Pradesh?+
Yes — we supply pan-India, including sites in oil & gas, cement, coal mine, textile and automobile hubs across the country.
Can you source a brand or tool not listed on the website?+
Often, yes. Share the specification and application and we'll check availability through our supplier network or propose a genuine equivalent.
How fast do you respond to enquiries?+
Our Bhopal team replies within one business day, Monday to Saturday, 10AM–6PM.
Do you provide tools for hazardous or explosive-atmosphere zones?+
